Anthony Bourdain and a panel of accomplished chefs share their early cooking experiences and talk about what influenced their cooking styles for the release of How I Learned To Cook: Culinary Educations from the World's Greatest Chefs.

Bourdain, then executive chef at Brasserie Les Halles and author of the bestselling Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly is joined by Gabrielle Hamilton, chef/owner of Prune, and Eric Ripert, chef at Le Bernardin. Michael Ruhlman, a journalist and author of The Soul of a Chef and The Making of a Chef, moderates.
