Two of our most daring and innovating celebrity chefs talk about their work in New York restaurants and their food experiences around the world. Anthony Bourdain is the author of the best seller Kitchen Confidential and A Cook's Tour, as well as Medium Raw: A Bloody Valentine to the World of Food and the People Who Cook. David Chang is the co-owner and head chef of the Momofuku restaurants in New York City. Chang and his restaurants have won numerous James Beard awards including Best New Restaurant for Momofuku Ko.
