In celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of Israel, hear him discuss Israel’s vibrant and diverse culinary culture, how Jewish identity forms the bedrock for his food, and much more — followed by an Israeli wine tasting and dessert from Chef Solomonov’s famous K’Far Café.
