Pianist Peter Serkin was one of 92Y's most treasured musical friends, performing on our stage 31 times over more than 50 years. We bring you the first streaming of his final concert on our stage, from December 1, 2018. This illuminating, almost ethereal performance of Mozart and Bach culminates in the Goldberg Variations — the work that was the subject of the pianist's first recording at the age of 18.
