Award Nomination Criteria:

Nominees must be a NYC public middle or high school teacher who has made a demonstrated positive impact on their students and school community through arts education.
Nominees should embody Teen Arts Week’s values of promoting youth leadership, increasing access to the arts, and community building.
Nominees must reside in one of the five boroughs.
Nominees must be available to attend the awards ceremony and Teen Arts Week ramp-up event at The 92nd Street Y Wednesday, February 26 at 10:30 am.
Nominees must consent to the publication of their name, photo, and video.

How to Nominate:

All nominations must be submitted via this form by Friday, January 17.
Nominators should be sure to include detailed examples of nominee accomplishments and context for the nomination.
Self-nomination is accepted.
Multiple nominations are permitted.
