Lisette Cooper, PhD, Vice Chair of Fiduciary Trust International and former CEO of Athena Capital Advisors, has over 30 years of investment management experience. She is a member of Fiduciary Trust’s Board of Directors and a member of Franklin Templeton’s Management Committee. Dr. Cooper founded Athena Capital Advisors, an award-winning OCIO (outsourced Chief Investment Officer) and wealth management firm, which was sold to Fiduciary Trust International in March 2020. At Fiduciary Trust, Dr. Cooper leads the firms sustainable and impact investing practice as well as its investment risk management initiative. Dr. Cooper is a leading advocate on equality and diversity through shareholder activism. Dr. Cooper is a board member of the Boston Youth Sanctuary, the Mind and Life Institute, and the Center for Heathy Minds Innovations, as well as serving on many advisory boards for social justice and environmental organizations. She is a trustee emerita of The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She is a Mind and Life Fellow and has served as an Expert in Residence at the Harvard Innovation Lab. Dr. Cooper received her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and a PhD from Harvard University. She holds the CFA designation as well as several patents.

Tenzin Seldon is the Co-Founder & President of The Plant, a global home for climate solutions. The Plant is a model blueprint for historic adaptive reuse with an integrated regenerative systems approach. She has spent her career, over a decade working in climate. Tenzin served as Senior Advisor, Board Member of Earth’s Call Fund, in partnership with Lever for Change, which deploys 100 MM for solutions in the climate crisis. She is the founder of Kinstep, a social enterprise platform that connects climate refugees to safe and steady jobs across the US. Tenzin worked at the United Nations Regional Office of Asia and the Pacific and the United Nations Environment Programme, where she monitored and recommended policy for the region’s disaster relief efforts. She has been a visiting lecturer at Stanford University and University of California, Berkeley. Tenzin’s work has been recognized around the world: as Forbes magazine “Most Likely to Impact the Next Century,” World Economic Forum Global Shaper, a Harry S. Truman Scholar by the US Congress, and one of OZY Magazine’s “5 Civil-Rights Leaders for a New Generation.” In 2018, she received the 21st Century Icon Awards by the London Stock Exchange. Most recently, she was honored at the United Nations as an Innovative Disrupter. Tenzin graduated top of her class at Stanford University and went on to be the first Tibetan-American Rhodes Scholar at University of Oxford.

Bola Olusanya is the Chief Investment Officer at The Nature Conservancy. Bola has more than 20 years of experience in investment management as both an executive and thought leader. His most recent position was Managing Director at Key Private Bank where he oversaw asset allocation, portfolio strategy and manager research across all asset classes for the bank’s $40B investment management business.

Prior to joining Key Private Bank, Bola was a Managing Director at Strategic Investment Group, a $37B Outsourced CIO firm, where he co-managed the public equity portfolio as well as the firm’s emerging manager program. Before that, he was a Managing Director at Vanderbilt University’s investment office where he was responsible for managing the university’s $6.3B endowment. Earlier in his career he worked at Emory University’s investment office and held senior positions within the Nigerian banking sector.

Howard Fischer is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Basso Capital Management, L.P. a hedge fund management company. Mr. Fischer is the portfolio manager for the firm's dedicated SPAC fund. Previously, Mr. Fischer was the senior trader and co-head of the institutional convertible trading desk at Smith Barney with primary responsibilities in market making, new-issue pricing and proprietary trading. Before Smith Barney, Mr. Fischer was a convertible trader at Drexel Burnham and at Cohen Feit & Company. Prior to his trading career, Mr. Fischer was a Certified Public Accountant in both public and private practice He is also the co-founder of Gratitude Railroad, an impact investment organization focused on catalyzing positive social and environmental change through investments in companies (or funds that invest in such companies) whose product or service directly benefits livings things or the planet. Gratitude Railroad operates under the belief that non-concessionary capitalism, practiced in a conscious manner, is the most powerful and viable force to achieve a sustainable and durable results. In addition to his impact leadership role at GRR, Mr. Fischer is on the investment committee at The Builders Fund (impact p/e), the advisory board at Atlas Impact Partners (impact long/short), the investors committee at Terviva (plant protein from Pongamia trees) and on the board of directors at DoneGood (shopping platform for ethical and sustainable products). Mr. Fischer serves as a member of the Boards of Trustees of the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA), 1% for the Planet and The Carbon Underground. He holds a B.S.E. in Accounting and Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and was a fellow and senior fellow in the Advanced Leadership Initiative at Harvard University.

Kate Huntington, Managing Director, Head of Advisory Solutions Group, brings comprehensive investment advisory solutions to ultra-high net worth individuals, families and institutions. Kate has expertise in both private markets and sustainable investing and was previously Co-Head of the research and manager selection team at Athena Capital Advisors. Her prior roles include working as a Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates where she supported consultants in managing and advising and reporting on a variety of institutional clients’ investment portfolios. Kate started her career as a Research Analyst at Stonebridge Associates, a real estate investment and advisory firm, followed by economic consulting with both Capital Economics and LECG, where she provided economic analysis and market research to support high-profile anti-trust litigation. Kate earned her Master of Business Administration from Yale School of Management and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Virginia. Kate is co-author of “Diversity and Inclusion Framework,” December 2019; “Investing in Gender Equality,” January 2018; “Impact Investing: History & Opportunity,” January 2017; “Social Finance and the Postmodern Portfolio: Theory & Practice,” Journal of Wealth Management, Spring 2016.
