92NY’s Spark Your Health presents a community event for National Stress Awareness Day on November 2.

By registering for the event you will have access to all live Zoom sessions and if you cannot make the session we will be sending out a recording after the event. We hope to see you either virtually or in-person for a special community event which is sure to spark inspiration and provide ideas of how to weave positive practices into your routine that keep stress at bay.
