In the spring of 2019 the New York State Attorney General Letitia James, together with the American Jewish Committee initiated the Black-Jewish Clergy Roundtable. Her hope was to bring the communities together in order to strengthen relationships and speak out against antisemitism, racism, and hate. Rabbi Rubinstein is rabbinic co-chair of the Group and, in keeping with the High Holidays, Attorney General James and Rabbi Rubinstein will discuss the challenges confronting New York City and State and reasons to be hopeful about the future.
