Architectural critic Paul Goldberger interviews Argentine-American architect Cesar Pelli and moderates audience questions in the second program of the "Shape of the City" series on architecture. Pelli was best known for designing some of the world's tallest buildings and other major landmarks. The discussion concludes with audience questions.
