Suzuki Piano

Discover the joy of music with the Suzuki Method, where learning piano mirrors how children learn language — through listening, repetition, and encouragement. This immersive approach nurtures musical skills while fostering confidence and creativity.

Children will learn songs by rote using engaging techniques like words, finger numbers, solfege, and scale degrees, while also using sheet music as a “map” for early pre-reading skills. They’ll develop physical coordination through playful games and build essential musicianship skills, including rhythm, melody, and pattern recognition.

Parents are active participants, learning best practices to support at-home success and create a positive musical environment. Students will also explore ensemble playing and presentation skills, building a strong foundation for collaboration and performance.

By the end of the course, your child will gain musicality, confidence, and a love for piano — an inspiring start to their lifelong musical journey!

The class is comprised of two main elements:

• A 45-minute group class with students and parents learning together
• 45 minutes of parent-child practice in our state-of-the-art practice rooms, with the teacher providing personalized instruction in 15-minute intervals.
