Originally from Philadelphia, Lindsey has been teaching ninth grade English for the past six years, first in DC Public Schools and now in New York City Public Schools. Lindsey has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Master’s in Secondary Education from Johns Hopkins University. Before starting her Master’s, Lindsey pursued a Fulbright Scholarship in Madrid, Spain, where she developed a debate program for high school students.
