Join the 92NY May Center for Health, Fitness & Sport in a fun and fluid class that incorporates seated Yoga poses for flexibility, simple core and back strengthening skills, standing Yoga poses and gentle leg strength work.
Moves are geared towards giving the parent or caregiver an opportunity to interact with their baby while releasing tension, building strength, and staying moving. Parents have time and space to interact with each other and their children during class. Each class ends with a moment for deep relaxation. Kindly note that registration includes participation of one adult with one baby.
