Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By submitting your number to sign up for one or more text messaging programs, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from the 92NY. You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive marketing text messaged is not required to purchase any goods or services.
92NY and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) to deliver 92NY text messages to you. 92NY text messages are intended to provide you with information about upcoming events, classes, and promotions.
Message Frequency
The number of 92NY text messages that you receive will vary depending on how many of Company’s text messaging programs for which you sign up to receive messages. You will receive a maximum of five messages per month.
How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from the 92NY text messaging program, text STOP to 60797. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program.

Supported Carriers
Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cellular One, among others. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency depends on the user's interaction. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
