Note: If you choose the Double Occupancy rooms include one double bed. If you choose this option, please be aware that we do not provide roommate matching services. You must list the name of the person you plan to share the room with, and they must also submit their own application indicating the same preference.
Payment Schedule: A $2,000 deposit is required by November 22, 2024 to reserve your place. The remaining balance of your trip fees are due by January 17, 2025. Please do not book any non-refundable transportation until the tour has been confirmed.

The fee for the trip includes the following:
- 6 days drawing and painting instruction daily
- 7 nights accommodations in a private room in a shared cottage or apartment at Ballinglen Arts Foundation supplied with towels, linens, and cooking utensils. A limited number of rooms with private baths (some ensuite) are available but not guaranteed.
- Private studio berth in the Ballinglen Arts Foundations studios with 24-hour access during your stay
- Basic supplies for breakfast daily (i.e. tea, coffee, cereal, bread, eggs, yogurt, fruit, juice, butter, etc.)
- Prepared lunch and dinner daily including one pub lunch and one box lunch during the planned excursions
- Access to the Ballinglen Arts Foundation studios, library, and kitchens
- Two-day trips to plein air painting locations, all transportation and admission fees included
- Roundtrip private airport shuttle from Dublin (DUB) to Ballinglen Arts Foundation
Cost of trip does not include:
- Air transportation to Dublin, Ireland (DUB)
- Painting and drawing materials
- Alcoholic beverages and any other additional items purchased
- Trip Insurance (highly recommended)
Tour Activity Level
You’ll be on the go each day for most of the day on this tour. The group will travel to sites via private coach, or we’ll be walking where you should expect uneven surfaces, stairs, and inclines. Participants can expect to be standing or walking for 1 - 2 hours at a time while on excursions and working outdoors in rugged surroundings for several hours. All tour start and end times will be announced at the beginning of the trip. Participants are responsible for arriving to the meeting locations on time. Your tour will begin and end with the included airport transfers.

92NY does not represent, nor is 92NY the agent for, any transportation carriers, hotels, caterers and other suppliers of services connected with this tour. All service providers for the trip are independent contractors whose businesses are independent of 92NY; the provision by them of services on the trip does not make them a partner of, or create a joint venture with, 92NY. 92NY is therefore not responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, death, accident, delay or other irregularity during the trip caused by or a result of the actions or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, of any service provider. Additionally, 92NY is not responsible for losses or expenses due to force majeure, including, without limitation, sickness, inclement weather, acts of God, strikes, wars, governmental acts, terrorist acts, or other causes beyond the control of 92NY.
The trip may be canceled or rescheduled, or the published itinerary of the trip may be changed for reasons including, but not limited to, (i) if such change(s) are deemed necessary for the health, safety, or general welfare of the members or the trip, (ii) due to insufficient demand, (iii) due to the unavailability or closure of certain sights, (iv) due to a force majeure event, or (v) at the discretion of 92NY. 92NY strongly recommends that each participant purchase medical insurance, trip cancellation insurance and insurance with respect to loss or damage of luggage and/or for recoupment of the cost of transportation to and from the program in the event of any unforeseen events that require a change by the trip planners or a change of your plan to participate. Baggage and personal effects are the individual trip members’ sole responsibility.
92NY reserves the right to decline participation of any person, and/or to remove any participant from the trip at any time, when such action is determined in the sole discretion of 92NY to be in the best interests of or necessary for the health, safety, or general welfare of the participants or of any individual participant. In the event of a cancellation by us prior to departure, we will try to reschedule the trip, but there is no guarantee of availability and a rescheduling may not be possible if the cancellation is due to a force majeure event. In the event of any changes of these terms or of a trip cancellation by 92NY for reasons excluding force majeure, our only responsibility is to refund you the amounts already paid by you for the reservation.
Above charges do not include cancellation charges imposed by the airlines for any connecting flights to/from your point of departure.

Release & Waiver
The Young Men’s and Young Women’s Hebrew Association is a New York Not-For-Profit Corporation whose mission is to provide exceptional, groundbreaking programs to present and promote the performing and visual arts; literature and culture; adult and children’s education; talks on a huge range of topics; health and fitness; and Jewish life.
I/we agree, release, and/or represent and warrant:
- that I/we are each twenty-one years of age of older;
- that, to the best of my/our knowledge or as determined by my/our physician, I/we are each physically fit to attend and participate in the trip;
that I/we agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions (“trip”);
- that I/we understand that this trip is for educational purposes;
- that I/we understand that there are certain inherent risks in the type of travel involved in this trip, including, but not limited to, risks associated with hiking, terrain, weather, accidents, and transportation;
- that we have read the itinerary of activities for the trip and hereby accept any risks related to participation in such activities; and
- that I/we do hereby release, forever discharge, agree to hold harmless, waive, and renounce, for and on behalf of himself/herself, his/her dependents, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, any claims against The Young Men’s and Young Women’s Hebrew Association, its officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents and representatives, including, without limitation, any claim based on negligence, for any injury, death, sickness, accident, delay, loss or damage to property or expenses of any kind whatsoever, resulting from or related to the participants’ participation in the trip.
Health and Safety Protocols
All guests must agree to understand the following health and safety protocols while participating in this tour. These protocols may change as state and local regulations evolve. We will update you as any changes arise:
- All local health regulations must be adhered to, including, wearing face coverings at all times in all situations where local regulations require the general public to do so. This includes times when you are traveling on the group transport, during demonstrations, lectures, tours, etc. Participants must also adhere to local business policies
