TECH began his dance career performing across the U.S with choreographer Bam-Bam and his New York City-based dance crew, Nexx Level Elite. TECH, a name he acquired practicing Martial Arts for his perfect form and technique, was just 20 years old when he decided to place his higher education on hold and join this group of unique and irreplaceable dancers. He found himself attracted to the fundamental styles of Hip-Hop dance (popping, locking, waving, b-boy, boogaloo), which brought him to study under choreographers Buddha Stretch and Link of the legendary dance crew, Elite Force.

Since his start in 2002, TECH has assisted famed choreographer Laurie-Ann Gibson at The Essence Music Festival in Texas, with choreography for new artists under mainstream recording Label Def Jam, and has also been featured on Season 4 of MTV’s Making the Band as her assistant choreographer. TECH has toured nationally with artists from Mashonda and Megan Rochell, to widely known artists Ginuwine and Ray J. You can see TECH in music videos for Mashonda and internationally known artists such as Mario ("Boom"), Shaggy ("Wild Tonite"), Beyonce ("Get Me Bodied") and Sting ("Stolen Car")…yes, Sting!

TECH now holds a personal training diploma from the American Academy of Personal Training, and is currently pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy. He is the founder of AEYEOM™ FITNESS AND WELLNESS, a company that promotes dancer health, through the integration of exercise science, nutritional science and dance education. He has 8 years of Martial Arts training in Tae Kwon Do and Shotokan. TECH’s style reflects his background by fusing Street Dance/fundamental Hip-Hop, Martial Arts and fitness. He currently teaches Hip-Hop at Theater Dance Center (Flanders, NJ), and La Danse School of the Performing Arts (Linden, NJ). He occasionally teaches at the United Nations International School (NYC) and at 92nd Street Y, Harkness Dance Center (NYC).
