“Fresh, energetic Mozart … inspired music-making”
The New York Times
Sparkling Mozart to start our new season! World-renowned pianist and Mozart specialist Richard Goode and the celebrated Orpheus Chamber Orchestra join forces to perform music they have toured and recorded together to international acclaim — Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 25 in C Major. The New York Times called Goode’s playing of this work “a constant joy.” Orpheus also performs the boisterous overture to Joseph Bologne’s chamber opera The Anonymous Lover, as well as Mozart’s sunny and witty Symphony No. 36, the “Linz”.
Concert also available via livestream and available for 72 hours from time of broadcast.
