Spark Your Health presents a virtual combination yoga and writing class with writer and yoga teacher, Jennifer Lang.
In this session, we'll take a deep dive into both our bodies and minds to raise awareness of our thoughts and sensations. During our time together on the mat, we'll tune into our breath through a slow vinyasa flow, tune into our inner sanctums through meditation, and write.
This program is geared toward all levels of physical yoga practitioners and to anyone who journals, writes, yearns to write, or wrestles with writing, feels blocked or craves inspiration.
Takeaways:
Materials suggested for this virtual program are a yoga or exercise mat, notebook/paper and a pen or pencil.
