Intro to Cloisonné Enamel

• Copper: Assorted 18 or 20 gauge copper blank discs or ovals (1.5 - 3”). the instructor will have blanks for sale $1-$5 per piece depending on size and shape.

• An extensive library of unleaded enamels is supplied by the 92NY. Additional unleaded colors can be purchased by students from Thompson Enamels or Rio Grande.
• Allow 2 weeks for Thompson or Rio Grande supply purchases. The instructor can provide some initial materials for those registering close to the start of class. For in person purchases we recommend shopping at All Craft 135 W29th St #205 open 10am-5:30 on weekdays.
• Those interested in learning to work in fine silver or creating settings in copper or silver can discuss additional supplies with the instructor on the first day of class.
