NFL Legend Joe Namath with ESPN's Mike Greenberg

May 21, 2019

As he celebrates the 50th anniversary of his legendary Super Bowl “Guarantee,” the NFL icon who first brought show business to sports joins us to talk about his new memoir, All the Way: My Life in Four Quarters, and share his life story.

He’ll cover the historic 1969 Super Bowl, when he led the New York Jets to an 18-point underdog victory against the seemingly invincible Baltimore Colts. He’ll talk about becoming the most famous athlete of his generation. He’ll talk about his struggles with injury and addiction, his tumultuous marriage, and his journey to find purpose. Now, at the age of 74, Joe Namath is ready to open up and share the full story of his life.

Mike Greenberg is host of ESPN’s new morning show Get Up!. For 18 years, he co-hosted ESPN Radio’s Mike & Mike with Mike Golic.
