TNT’s Snowpiercer: Jennifer Connelly & Daveed Diggs in Conversation with Entertainment Weekly’s Clark Collis

May 17, 2020

The new TNT science fiction-thriller Snowpiercer is one of the biggest, and most timely, shows of the year. Based on both a series of graphic novels and Parasite director Bong Joon-ho’s acclaimed 2014 film, the show is set entirely on a train which travels around the world following an apocalyptic event and is home to the last humans left alive. Jennifer Connelly stars as Melanie Caville, the train’s head of hospitality, while Daveed Diggs plays Layton Well an ex-homicide cop and inhabitant of the train’s hell-ish tail who Caville recruits to solve a murder. Join both actors as they speak with Entertainment Weekly’s Clark Collis and discuss what it’s like appearing in such an apocalyptic show at such a deeply strange time.
