Nancy Pelosi is the 52nd Speaker of the House of Representatives, having made history in 2007 when she was elected the first woman to serve as Speaker of the House. David Hyde Pierce is an actor and comedian who has worked extensively in films, television and on the stage. Best known for his role as the snobby, hypercritical and finicky Dr. Niles Crane on the NBC sitcom Frasier, he has also been recognized for his outstanding dramatic performances. Pierce had appeared in many small roles in the theater and in films before landing the role of Dr. Niles Crane in the long running sitcom Frasier. Frasier was on the air for eleven seasons and Pierce was nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series each year, an award he won four times. Since 2004 he has been working mainly in theater, earning Tony Award nominations for his work in both Curtains and Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike. Pierce’s father and grandfather suffered from Alzheimer’s. He is a strong supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association, for which he raises funds and awareness of the condition.

Montel Williams earned his media celebrity status as an inspirational Emmy Award winning television personality whom Americans invited into their homes for more than 17 years. He is a decorated former naval officer, inspirational speaker, author, entrepreneur and advocate for patients worldwide. Before and after the success of his television show, Montel has been passionately involved in many projects that he has transformed into major initiatives with the aim of helping others.

Born in Taiwan and based in New York, Jean Tsien has been working in documentary for 35 years as an editor, producer, and consultant. Her notable editing credits include the 2001 Academy Award nominee, Scottsboro: An American Tragedy, three Peabody Award-winning films, and the 2020 Primetime EMMY winner for Best Documentary The Apollo.

Tsien consulted on many award-winning films such as American Factory, winner of the 2020 Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature. She recently executive produced the landmark 5-part PBS series, Asian Americans. Tsien is a recipient of the Art of Editing Mentorship Award at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival, and the 2020 DOC NYC Lifetime Achievement Award.

Richard Lui is a journalist, anchoring at MSNBC and NBC News and has covered many of the network’s major breaking stories, including the Arab Spring, the deaths of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and Senator John McCain, the Newtown massacre, and more. His breaking news field reporting includes being on the ground for the Paris and San Bernardino ISIS-related terror attacks, and in Ferguson and Baltimore during widespread civil unrest. María Teresa Kumar is the founding president of Voto Latino. She is an activist, social entrepreneur, and Emmy-nominated MSNBC contributor seeking to shake up the political process. Voto Latino, the country's leading Latinx voter registration and advocacy organization, reaches an audience of 29 million people on social media and has registered over 1 million voters since its inception including 601,330 this cycle. It is part of the reason Fast Company named her one of the most creative business minds in the country.
