What role can Precision Medicine play in encouraging greater engagement by patients and improving patient outcomes? Chronic diseases can be particularly difficult to manage, but a rapidly strengthening area of medicine, known as Precision or Individualized Medicine, means greater success in personalizing care plans and treating many major conditions.
