Rep. Steve Israel and Chris Buckley in Conversation with Thane Rosenbaum: Political Satire

Jun 18, 2018

Steve Israel, the congressman-turned-novelist who’s known to “channel his inner Jon Stewart” in his books joins Christopher Buckley, “America’s greatest living political satirist,” (Seattle Weekly), for a unflinching look at the state we’re in, the role of satire in a democracy, their new books — Buckley’s The Judge Hunter and Israel’s Big Guns — and more, when they join Thane Rosenbaum for what’s sure to be a spirited and hilarious conversation.

Co-presented with the Forum on Law, Culture and Society (FOLCS).
