In Music and Mind, Fleming draws upon her own experience to showcase the breadth of research showing the stunning health benefits of music and the arts — from providing pain relief and alleviating anxiety and depression to regaining speech after stroke or traumatic brain injury — inviting leading experts to share their discoveries.
