"I think people are curious though," said Cosmopolitan executive editor Leslie Yazel, "when you film a sex scene, what are the challenges there?"

"They have these things that they give us," Caitriona Balfe explained, "these things called modesty pouches, that really don't protect your modesty, dignity or anything else."
