Celebrate the 1-Year Anniversary of the Well+Good Council, our hand-picked health squad of wellness thought-leaders and experts, with the founders and editors of Well+Good.

Our evening begins with a group meditation, followed by a series of discussions on the hottest topics in health, and concludes with time to meet and mingle with the Well+Good experts.

8:20 pm 2. The Future of Fitness is Not Just Digital Is the massive proliferation of online boutique-style fitness classes having an impact on the way fitness thought-leaders approach studio culture and community? And as communities grow online, what is the role of the in-person, unplugged connection?

9 pm 3. What Relationship and Career Empowerment Looks Like Right Now #MeToo, #TimesUp, and #EqualPay are more than just Twitter trends: In a time when stress and pressure be a boss babe at everything you do is at an all-time high, they represent a movement of women intent on making “70 cents on the dollar” a thing of the past, of sharing the emotional labor at home, and of extending a hand down the ladder to help pull more women up beside them. What does this mean for how we evolve our sense of empowerment—and how does wellness help guide the new terms? Join our sex and career experts for a frank and eye-opening conversation. It’s one that we all should be having right now.

Moderator: Latham Thomas, Founder of Mama Glow, Doula + Well+Good Council Member

Well+Good Council Panelists: Gabrielle Bernstein, New York Times Best-Selling Author on Modern Spirituality + Well+Good Council Member
