Six-time Emmy Nominated actress Christina Hendricks stars in NBC’s Good Girls opposite Mae Whitman and Retta, now entering its fourth season. She had one of the leads in Academy Award Winner, Toy Story 4, for Disney Pixar and was recently in An American Woman for Roadside Attractions which was produced by Ridley Scott. Christina stars in this opposite Sienna Miller. She can also be seen in The Romanoffs for Matt Weiner and Amazon opposite Isabelle Huppert for Amazon as well as the Sky Atlantic/Amazon TV show Tin Star, which she stars in opposite Tim Roth. Christina is most recognizable for her iconic role of “Joan Holloway” in the Emmy award-winning hit AMC series Mad Men.

Christina also starred in the indie hit Egg which premiered at The Tribeca Film Festival. Prior to that, she shot one of the leads of Julian Fellowes Crooked House based on the Agatha Christie book opposite Glenn Close.

On the comedy front, Christina was seen in Bad Santa 2 opposite Billy Bob Thornton. In addition, she shot Pottersville opposite Michael Shannon, Ron Perlman and Judy Greer. Christina also worked on the Ben Stiller/Red Hour-produced show for Comedy Central entitled Another Period.

Christina starred in Dark Places opposite Charlize Theron, Chloe Moretz and Nicholas Hoult. She shot the lead in Ryan Gosling’s directorial debut, Lost River which premiered at Cannes and John Slattery’s Sundance film God’s Pocket opposite Philip Seymour Hoffman. Prior to that Hendricks played a lead in Sally Potter’s Ginger & Rosa opposite Elle Fanning and Annette Benning and also had a great role in Nicolas Winding Refn’s award-winning film Drive opposite Ryan Gosling and Carey Mulligan.

Nine-time Emmy Award winner Matthew Weiner’s most recent series, The Romanoffs, launched on Amazon Prime Video. The Romanoffs is created, written, directed and executive produced by Weiner, featuring eight separate stories about people who believe themselves to be descendants of the Russian royal family. Set in seven countries around the globe, The Romanoffs was shot on location in three continents collaborating with local productions and creative talent across Europe, the Americas, and the Far East.

Weiner’s previous credits include as creator, Executive Producer, writer and director on the acclaimed drama Mad Men. Mad Men premiered in 2007 joining an elite group in 2011 when it became only the fourth drama to be awarded four consecutive Emmy® Awards for Outstanding Drama Series. In addition, Mad Men was Emmy®-nominated for Outstanding Drama Series consecutively from 2008 – 2015 and received an overall total of 116 Emmy® nominations.

Weiner, who has been nominated for 15 Emmy® for Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series, received two of these nominations for his work on The Sopranos, which he served as a writer and Executive Producer. Additional writing credits on various television comedy series including The Naked Truth, Becker, and Andy Richter Controls the Universe.

For his efforts behind the camera, Weiner has also received Directors Guild nominations for the series finale “Person to Person,” “Meditations in an Emergency” in Season Two and the Season Three finale, “Shut the Door. Have a Seat.”
