Jeffrey Toobin: "What A Radical Argument It Was To Try and Have This Healthcare Law Overturned"

CNN Legal Analyst and author of The Oath, Jeffrey Toobin, talks with Alan Dershowitz about the Obama administration and the Supreme Court. In this clip, Toobin talks about the Supreme Court decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act, calling it a "radical argument to have this healthcare law overturned."  Toobin also credits Chief Justice John Roberts, saying "you do not stake the credibility of the Supreme Court on an argument this thin and this new."
