The Genius Podcast: Paul Nicklen on the Genius of Nature
As part of our 7 Days of Genius, 92Y is launching the Genius podcast, conversations with a diverse group of thinkers on the topic of genius – what it is and how it shapes our world.
In this episode, 92Y producer Julie Mashack speaks with National Geographic contributing photographer and former biologist Paul Nicklen (appearing at the NYU Skirball Center on Feb 4) who shares his thoughts on the genius of nature and which of his photographs he thinks most captures it. (Hint: The image will be very familiar to people with Apple TV.)
Paul Nicklen is an award-winning photographer, publisher of two books of photography, founder of Sea Legacy and a frequent public speaker at Nat Geo Live events.
