Panelists include Anthony Bourdain, chef of Les Halles and author of Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly; Scott Bryan of Veritas, who has worked at the Gotham Bar & Grill, Le Bernardin and Lespinasse; and Marcus Samuelsson, of the Scandinavian-influenced Aquavit, who was named among the country's great chefs by the Culinary Institute of America.
