As the creator of restaurants including Mesa Grill, Bobby Flay Steak, Bar Americain, and his newest project, Gato, in New York City, Flay is credited with energizing the fine-dining world with his signature bold ingredients and authentic American flavors. Join him to hear about his newest book, Bobby Flay Fit, and bold, flavorful approach to healthy eating.
