Artist Spotlight: Nancy Johnson creates new dimensions of color
When she’s not teaching painting and drawing at 92Y’s School of Art, artist Nancy Johnson is creating unique still life paintings in her Brooklyn studio. We went to Brooklyn for a tour of Johnson’s creative space and to learn about her artistic process. Hear what she has to say about the joy of being an artist, creating new dimensions through color, and how her art informs her teaching.
