Glenn Howerton stars as Jack Griffin on Peacock’s comedy series A.P. Bio.

Howerton is an actor and writer best known for playing the jerk next door, Dennis Reynolds, on the wildly popular show It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. In addition to his starring role, he served as cocreator and writer on the series. Additional television credits include The Mindy Project, Fargo, and House of Lies. Howerton is a drama graduate of the prestigious Juilliard School.

Patton Oswalt stars as Principal Ralph Durbin on Peacock’s comedy series A.P. Bio.

Oswalt is a comedian, actor, and writer whose credits span all areas of entertainment. From his award-winning comedy specials to his numerous memorable film roles and guest appearances on iconic TV series (including Parks and Recreation, for which he received a Critics’ Choice Award), Oswalt continues to choose work that inspires him and entertains audiences. Most recently, Oswalt served as the lead voice of Max in The Secret Life of Pets 2. In 2016, he received an Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special for his sixth comedy special Talking for Clapping. Additionally, he received a Grammy Award in 2017 for his comedy album of the same name.

Lyric Lewis stars as Stef Duncan on Peacock’s comedy series A.P. Bio.

A comedy veteran, Lewis has amassed impressive credits, including a recurring role on FX’s Baskets, and appearances on Drunk History opposite Zach Galifianakis and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Additional credits include Girlfriend’s Day opposite Bob Odenkirk and the new Rory Scovel series, Robbie. Lewis is a member of The Groundlings Main Company and has performed at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal as a New Face and participated in the CBS Diversity Sketch Comedy Showcase.

Mary Sohn stars as Mary Wagner on Peacock’s comedy series A.P. Bio.

Sohn started her career as a writer/performer at the Second City in Chicago. Her television credits include Hello Ladies, Love, Bajillion Dollar Propertie$, Teachers, and Superior Donuts.

Jean Villepique stars as Michelle Jones on Peacock’s comedy series A.P. Bio.

Born and raised in a small town in New Jersey, Villepique quickly took her comedic talents to the national stage. She has performed at theaters around the country, including the iO Theater, ETC and the Mainstage in Chicago, along with several resident stages in Las Vegas. Additionally, she has toured with the famed Second City Touring Company. For the past 10 years Villepique has been a mainstay in the UCB show “Soundtrack.” Her television and film credits include Sharp Objects, Better Call Saul, The Office, 30 Rock, and I love You, Man. In 2019 Villepique wrote and starred in a short called IV-effing, which won best comedy at the Sherman Oaks Film Festival.

Paula Pell stars as Helen Henry Demarcus on Peacock’s comedy series A.P. Bio.

Pell is a legendary screenwriter and accomplished actress in the comedy world. She is most well known for her work on Saturday Night Live, where she spent 20 years creating many of America’s favorite sketches and characters. Most recently, Pell is the writer, producer and lead in the comedy series Mapleworth Murders. In 2020, Paula won the prestigious WGA East’s Herb Sargent Award for Comedy Excellence at the 72nd annual WGA Awards. Additional television credits include SMILF, Love, and Big Mouth, and include writing and producing several episodes of the hit NBC comedy 30 Rock.

Mike O’Brien is the creator of Peacock’s comedy series A.P. Bio.

O’Brien was a writer for Saturday Night Live from 2009-2015 and a cast member for the 2013-14 season. He has starred in his own short films, known as Mike O’Brien Pictures, in addition to creating and starring in the popular web series 7 Minutes In Heaven with Mike O’Brien. O’Brien was also a writer and producer on the show Man Seeking Woman. His acting credits include Portlandia, Documentary Now!, Comedy Bang! Bang!, and Idiotsitter. O’Brien is an alumnus of the Second City Mainstage in Chicago.
