Join Spark Your Health for a talk on plant-based nutrition for families to help kick off National Nutrition Month, with Dr. Leigh Ettinger. It can be challenging to feed our families healthy meals with everything else on our “plate” these days. This talk is meant to help parents go from discouraged to confident in plant-based education, solutions, and fun meal plans for the entire family to benefit from and enjoy. Dr. Ettinger will also touch upon what to do if you are concerned about your child’s weight, how to ensure our children are receiving adequate nutrition (for vegetarian and non-vegetarians) and will help demystify plant-based diets for families with practical tips that you can weave into your everyday life.
