Darren Star is the creator and showrunner of some of the past decade’s most influential series including: Beverly Hills, 90210, Melrose Place,  Younger, and the three time Golden Globe and Emmy Award-winning HBO comedy series Sex and the City. His most recent series, Emily in Paris, created by Star and starring Lily Collins, recently premiered on Netflix.

Producer, “Emily Cooper”
Golden Globe nominated actress Lily Collins, can next be seen on Netflix’s Emily in Paris from iconic creator Darren Star. Collins recently wrapped production on David Fincher’s Mank, an upcoming American biographical drama film about screenwriter Herman J. Mankiewicz and was most recently seen as “Fantine” in the television mini-series adaptation of Les Misérables. In 2019, Collins starred in Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile as well as Tolkien. Previous credits include Okja, To the Bone, and Rules Don’t Apply, as well as Love, Rosie, The English Teacher, Stuck in Love, Mirror Mirror and The Blind Side. Extending her talents from the screen to paper, Collins added author to her list of credits in 2017 with her international bestselling book, Unfiltered: No Shame, No Regrets Just Me, which garnered much praise. Collins is also actively involved with national nonprofit organization, GO Campaign, and serves as an ambassador for the GO Campaign Gala. Collins’ philanthropic endeavors also extend to participating in various WE Day events, supporting its social media initiatives, and contributing to the initial round of videos for the site.

“Sylvie”
Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu starts her career on screen in Roger Vadim’s Surprise Party. The same year, she plays the part of Fauve in Mistral’s Daughter alongside Stacy Keach. In 1985 she obtains the leading role in Coline Serreau’s film Three Men and a Cradle, which was nominated for Best Foreign Language Film at the Academy Awards and at the Golden Globe Awards; and Philippine was nominated for Most Promising Actress at the French César Awards. Philippine’s career explodes and she goes on to play in The Possessed by Andrzej Wajda alongside Isabelle Huppert, the film was entered at the 38^th Berlin International Film Festival. We then see her in Robert Enrico and Richard T.Heffron’s films La Revolution Francaise; Patrick Braoudé’s Neuf Mois which resulted in the 1995 US remake Nine Months directed by Chris Columbus; Coline Serreau’s La Belle Verte alongside Marion Cotillard. In 2004 we see her in Two Brothers directed by Jean_Jacques Annaud, and she goes on to play in Tran Anh Hung’s Eternity alongside Mélanie Laurent. Since 2015, Philippine stares in the Netflix series Call My Agent.

"Mindy"
Ashley Park originated and starred as ‘Gretchen Wieners’ in Mean Girls on Broadway in 2018 (Tony Award, Drama League, Drama Desk, Outer Critics, and Chita Rivera nominations). Her other Broadway credits include ‘Tuptim’ in Lincoln Center’s revival of The King and I (Grammy Award nomination), Sunday in the Park with George, MAMMA MIA!, and most recently Grand Horizons. Park originated the national tour of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella as stepsister 'Gabrielle,’ and made her Off-Broadway debut in KPOP (Drama League and Drama Desk nominations) of which she won a Lucille Lortel Award in the category of “Outstanding Lead Actress in a Musical.” Her other television credits include Netflix’s Tales of the City, Apple TV+’s Helpsters, and Pop TV/Lionsgate Television’s Nightcap. Park has been the recipient of the Actor Equity's 2018 Clarence Derwent Award and the Inaugural Marin Mazzie Award for Empowerment by the Cancer Support Community. Park graduated from the University of Michigan with a BFA in Musical Theatre.

“Gabriel”
Lucas Bravo, born in the south of France, is an international actor based in Paris. Charismatic with curiosity for life his thirst for travel and foreign cultures brought him to California where he began to collectively bring this new understanding to his craft. Lucas spent five years gathering a life perspective before getting French director Kim Chapiron’s attention who cast him in his movie Smart Ass. With an enormous amount of persistence and drive. Lucas has strived to connect to his passion on many levels, working alongside various TV and cinema projects, including a part in the French thriller L’equipe. Growing up with an admiration for fashion and the arts, he mastered collaborations with the likes of Chanel and Messika. In 2017, he elaborated on his technique behind the camera by studying with the American coach, Tiffany Stern at the Actors Factory.

Ruthie Fierberg is an arts journalist based in New York City and creator and host of the podcast Why We Theater. As the former Executive Editor of Features and Branded Content at Playbill, Ruthie spent the past five years creating innovative and engaging content through in-depth written, multimedia, and video pieces focused on the arts. She also created and hosted Playbill’s Live From the Red Carpet specials from all of Broadway’s opening nights and the annual Tony Awards. A graduate of Barnard College, she has written for such national publications as Good Housekeeping, Parents, American Baby, Parents Latina, and Backstage magazines. Ruthie has moderated panels for 92Y, the JCC of Manhattan, Disney Theatrical Productions, BroadwayCon 2016–2020, and the annual American Performing Arts Professionals Conference. She has appeared on NPR, SiriusXM Volume radio, and a number of podcasts as a guest expert. A lover of theatre, tennis, and Bikram yoga, Ruthie is also involved with such causes as Covenant House International and The Actors Fund.
