Dan Levy & MTV’s Josh Horowitz in Conversation — Netflix's Good Grief

Jan 8, 2024

Please submit questions for the speakers in the Livestream chat starting on January 8 at approximately 8:50 pm ET.

Join Emmy Award-winning star and co-creator of Schitt’s Creek Dan Levy for a conversation with MTV’s Josh Horowitz on his debut feature film, Good Grief. Following a group of friends (Levy, Ruth Negga, and Himesh Patel) on a soul-searching trip to Paris after a shattering loss, Good Grief is a heartfelt exploration of how we face our hardest truths — rendered brilliantly with Levy at the helm for the first time as both writer and director. In a live recording of Horowitz’s Happy Sad Confused podcast, hear Levy discuss how the film came into being — what it was like to write, star, and direct a movie for the first time, how it helped Levy process his own real-life grief, stories from behind the scenes, and more.
