In this discussion we will provide a brief overview of some of the common emotional responses to stress and life challenges-with attention to how COVID-19 can be impacting college students. We’ll consider some tips on managing these stresses. We’ll also discuss how to address more severe reactions and how to distinguish typical reactions from those that might indicate a need for professional support.
