Camila Gomez attends High School for Environmental Studies. She has a deep passion for dance which continuously grows. She enjoys being artistic and using dance to express herself. She is self-taught and never stops wanting to improve her abilities. She has devoted a lot of her time to honing her abilities. She was inspired to work hard to reach her goals by dancing and seeing live and online performances. She works with the Harkness Dance Center at 92NY and enjoys collaborating with people while picking up new abilities.

Chloe Zhou attends Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. From childhood she has been drawing and is now in school learning new skills and expanding her creative field. Right now, Chloe is taking filmmaking, sculpture and photography classes. She is the Vice President of the Mahjong club and Assistant Editor of her school’s arts newsletter. She has interned at The Met in Objects Conservation and The Brooklyn Museum in Art Education. Chloe is passionate about exploring new ways to create and collaborate with others.

Claire Cowing attends the Clinton School. They have always used their creativity as a form of self-expression but have only recently started pursuing the arts as a serious hobby. They are continuously looking for new and exciting mediums to experiment with. For them, art is a safe outlet for any and all emotions. They are the leader of their school’s Gender Sexuality Alliance and always strive to push and question societal norms. While working with the 92NY Belfer Center for Innovation & Social Impact, they are excited to help others to do the same as well as meeting new people and gaining experience in the workplace.

Gabrielle Cameron attends School of The Future. She has a persistent, determined passion for dance and the arts. Over 13 years, she has experimented with many types of dance such as hip hop, ballet, jazz, tap, gymnastics, and contemporary dance. She loves to express herself through dance. She participated in many recitals and performances in many dance schools. Currently, Gabrielle works with the Harkness Dance Center. Gabrielle applied to the Teen Producers program hoping to expand and express creativity and attend live performances at the Harkness Dance Center. Gabrielle also participates in volunteer work around her community.

Janiya Young attends Central Park East High School. She has a strong passion for dance that started at a young age. She spent 4 years on a dance team called Impact and took classes at Scan Harbor. At school, she pushes for better performing arts programs. Alongside her love for dance, she also enjoys helping others and making a difference. Janiya applied to the Teen Producers program hoping to gain exposure and find a stable career that matched her passions.

Jazlene Morales attends East Side Community High School. From a young age, she always had a deep love for art, blossoming and growing as she grew up. Through painting, she finds a break from the stressful schedule that comes from being a student. Over quarantine, she distracted herself by painting ornaments and brightening up not only hers, but the homes of others. Jazlene is self-taught and has a desire to learn and grow through the 92NY. Jazlene’s goal for the Teen Producers program is to strengthen her artistic abilities and gain experience in a work environment. She enjoys making a positive impact, picking up skills, and helping others.

Julian Tabar attends the High School for Environmental Studies. Throughout his life, he has always had a strong passion for film and photography. He would frequently have movie nights with his family, giving him the opportunity to analyze and develop new perspectives from the movies that he watched. In school, he is a part of the theater’s Tech Crew and the Newspaper club. He applied for the Teen Producers program in efforts to make new friends, gain hands-on experience and create projects. He works for the Art Center at 92NY, a place that allows him to visually express his ideas.

Kaiden Mack-Bryant attends the Bronx High School of Science. Throughout his childhood he has had a strong passion for film and photography. In school he furthers these passions in photography club and Model UN, as well as passion projects outside of school such as film projects and writing pieces. He applied to the Teens Producers Program to improve his passion for art and to work around and with other people. He currently works in the Belfer Center for Innovation & Social Impact and 92NY and aims to incorporate his passion into his work.

Susana Miguel attends Central Park East High School. As the oldest child of immigrant parents who left their lovely home country in search of better opportunities, she often strives to be her best self in all aspects of her life, academically and personally. She finds time to self-improve and do the things she enjoys, such as organizing, painting, and especially dancing, which she found a passion for in her dance class and opportunities in elementary school. Due to the lack of information and money growing up, Susana couldn’t dream of being in a dance studio to expand her passion, so she learned various choreographies of different styles of dance through YouTube for many years. Because her ability to grasp choreographies improved tremendously, she danced at the parties her family of Mexican background would attend and memorize the techniques used, even without much practice. With Teen Producers, she hopes that she will be able to achieve personal growth and interest concerning dance, along with making the wishes of the little girl with the desire to dance finally come true.

Patrick Thomas Lynn attends Park East High School where he is a Co-founder of the photography club and Captain of the wrestling team. He loves all kinds of music including hardcore, punk, rock, soul, country, indie and hip hop. Patrick also loves watching and discussing movies. Although he is an all-around art lover, his true passion is photography. Photography has been a tool for Patrick to tell other people’s stories as well as his own. He aspires to one day turn his passion into a career in photojournalism, he plans to tell the stories he feels need to be told, through the brutally honest and emotional nature of photography. The Teen Producers internship at 92NY has given Patrick the opportunity to gain work experience, network, experience new things and meet new people.
